Policies

Products:

• Items can have small imperfections, please do NOT purchase if you're not okay with this.

• Proccesing times for commissions can take approximately up to 3 months.

Shipping:

• I will try to ship your order as soon as possible, please keep in mind that I'm a full time student with a mini job.

• Delivery will take approximately 3 - 25 days, this can vary. I've had mail take up to 4 months to arrive. Please be patient in this case.

• If tracking was purchased, you'll receive your tracking number per email.

What happens to your items after shipment:

• Once the items are shipped, I am NOT responsible for any issues or problems that happen during the transit such as lost packages or damages.

• Incase of a package returning to me due to wrong addresses, etc. the package will be re-sent if you wish, shipping costs need to be covered by the customer again.

• If problems occur during the transit it is not my responsibility to sort it out. Everything is packed & shipped with care. Please contact your local courier in these cases.

Refunds:

• All sales are final. I do NOT offer refunds or returns after your order has been placed.
